What we collect on this website

When you request a demo we store the details you enter – your name, park name, email address, and optionally your phone number, number of units, booking system and message – so that we can contact you about ParksControl.

To protect the form from abuse we also record a one-way (hashed) version of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent. We don’t store your IP address with your request. Like most websites, our servers keep short-lived technical logs (which include IP addresses) for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies

This website doesn’t set cookies and doesn’t use advertising or analytics trackers. The ParksControl app at app.parkscontrol.com uses a strictly necessary sign-in cookie.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your request and arrange a demo. We don’t sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for as long as we’re in conversation with you, and delete them when they’re no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@parkscontrol.com (or use the contact form) and we’ll respond.
